Delivery
We send the majority of our parcels via Royal Mail, which we believe is the most environmentally conscious option, as they already visit most premises daily. It is also relatively cost-effective and has a strong national service rating.
Shipping Cost
Our standard shipping fee is £5.
To ensure smooth delivery, we recommend providing an address where someone will be available to receive the parcel. No signature is required.
If your workplace is a more convenient delivery location, or if you know your postman well enough to leave instructions (e.g. deliver to a neighbour, leave on the porch, etc.), feel free to include these special delivery instructions when placing your order — we’ll make sure they appear on the parcel.
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days. If you need your order urgently, please let us know, and we will do our best to prioritise it.
Returns
If your order arrives damaged, we will cover the cost of returning the goods and issue a full refund.
If your order is lost in transit, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot re-stock returned food items, as they must be disposed of. However, if you wish to return goods for any other reason, and they are in the same condition as when received, you may do so within 14 days of the order date for a full refund.
Please remember: our products are best stored in a cool, dry place, ideally in the fridge. During warmer months, our pies may spoil more quickly if not refrigerated.
