  • You are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account, including passwords or any sensitive information attached to it.

  • All personal information you provide through your account is up to date, accurate, and truthful. You agree to update your personal information if it changes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are using our site illegally or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Sale of Goods

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods available on our site.

We are under a legal duty to supply goods that match the description of the item(s) you order on our site.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all goods displayed on our site at the time you access it, including products listed as out of stock. We strive to ensure all information, descriptions, and images are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee their absolute accuracy and you agree to purchase goods at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel your order if necessary. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued. It is your responsibility to monitor your payment account to verify receipt of any refund.

Subscriptions

If you subscribe to a recurring product or service:

  • Your subscription will automatically renew, and you will be automatically billed until you notify us that you wish to cancel.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or by contacting us directly. Cancellation will only prevent future orders from being placed.

Payments

We accept the following payment methods on our site:

  • Credit and Debit Card – securely processed by Shopify Payments

  • PayPal

By providing your payment information, you authorise us to use and access the payment method to process charges. Subscriptions will be charged automatically on the agreed schedule. We reserve the right to cancel or reverse a transaction if we believe it violates the law or these Terms and Conditions.

Dispatch & Delivery

When you purchase goods from our site, they will be delivered via:

  • Royal Mail (usually)

  • Another suitable courier, if required

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days, but delays may occur due to labour, stock availability, or order volume.

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible after dispatch, based on the selected shipping method. Delivery times exclude weekends and bank holidays and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery charges will be clearly indicated at checkout, in addition to the cost of goods.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address, including the recipient's name. We are not liable for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

You must specify a delivery address where someone is available to receive the parcel. If the courier cannot deliver, they will leave a card with instructions for rescheduling. Re-delivery arrangements are the responsibility of the customer.

Right to Cancel, Refund & Return

If you are a customer residing in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

The cancellation period:

  • Ends 14 days from when you (or your nominee) receive all items in a single order;

  • Ends 14 days from when you receive the final item in a split delivery;

  • Ends 14 days from the first delivery in a subscription or scheduled order.

You may request a refund or replacement for any product issue.

Unless a waiver is agreed, items must be returned (at your expense) in unused condition to the return address above for a refund to be processed.

Please note: due to health and safety regulations, we cannot re-stock returned food items.

Consumer Protection & Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions do not limit your legal rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or other consumer protection laws. If a conflict arises, the provisions of the applicable legislation will take precedence.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snacksy Ltd and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents are not liable for any loss, damage, or legal claims arising from your use of the site.

By using this site, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snacksy Ltd and its affiliates from any such claims, losses, or damages.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time to remain legally compliant or to reflect changes in our business practices.
