SHIPPING POLICY

We send the majority of our parcels via Royal Mail, which we believe is the most environmentally conscious option, as they already visit most premises daily. It is also relatively cost-effective and has a strong national service rating.

SHIPPING COST

Our standard shipping fee is £3.50.

To ensure smooth delivery, we recommend providing an address where someone will be available to receive the parcel. No signature is required.

If your workplace is a more convenient delivery location, or if you know your postman well enough to leave instructions (e.g. deliver to a neighbour, leave on the porch, etc.), feel free to include these special delivery instructions when placing your order — we’ll make sure they appear on the parcel.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. If you need your order urgently, please let us know, and we will do our best to prioritise it.
